Level 32

Level 32, didnt take long ay?

This one has been a hell of a ride too, a real blast! Last night one of the Anzac crew noticed that an elite master Drake had spawned in entrance just before Angmar in North Downs so we got a mainly Anzac fellowship to whip it's butt.

He looked pretty cool too and then we headed off into Angmar to kill Cold Worm's and Drake's.

So I finally got round to finding and getting into the next instance after the Great Barrows, Garth Agarwen in Agamaur. Had a ball in the run but didn't have time to complete it as breakfast called.

It is certainly the most fun I have had in an instance yet! And I even managed to score a key of Ivar.

The place is filled with allot of bosses and all sorts of cool monsters.

There is also a Bog Prowler boss called Rot-Heart.

There is even a tree boss, LOL.

Well I didnt just spend my entire time leveling in that instance, though it certainly got me allot of XP. Spent a bit of time in Angmar farming ore killing stuff while in a fellowship and running away from most things when not, eeeeeek!

Also spent some time down in the south east end of North Downs with a really nice fellowship killing those nasty elites down there.

Well now it's time to form an Anzac only fellowship if I can and go do a complete clean out Garth Agarwen for the first time.

Level 31

Level 31, didn't take too long this time.

Leveling this time happened allot quicker as I focused on it more, now that I am getting closer to the elusive level 35 and finally getting a mount and so I have tried to farm less and grind / quest more to speed up the process.

I also finally managed to get to Angmar and it is good for farming Dwarf-Iron Ore and farming my first ever Platinum Ore but ZOMG! Its a scary place as when I get deeper into it all the monsters are 10 levels above me and definately not to be messed with.

Angmar is pretty dark and sinister and kind of looks like the place is a recovering nuclear test site or something, very black and somber. One of the elite Drake's made pretty short work of me when I accidently agro'd it with a bunch of his Worm mates, but at least I can kill the Worm's!

Well back to it, got a nice chest upgrade (completely o-natral folks, no silicon plazzee bags here!) and first ever set piece part of the Dwarf Hoard set in the bank for level 33.

Level 30 WOOOOOT!

So at long last I have made it to Level 30.

It's taken a while as I haven't really been playing to much, found it quite hard finding the right areas to level and generally prefer to solo level as building groups is annoying and some people in this game dont play well with others which can be disappointing.

Kinship only groups always rock though! /hug Anzac, a nice bunch of people to hang out with that's for sure! :-)

And I have finally found Rivendell which took some effort sneaking about and running away from nasties screaming "Save Me!" as the zone is more than several levels above me.

And once again the game is just a pleasure to behold, the place just looks stunning and oozing fantasy atmosphere.

Also managed to finally start mining Dwarf-Iron Ore which is exceptionally profitable and I now have well over 8 gold but the only draw back is that I can't kill anything in the zones I can farm it in yet.

Kind of wondering if I may have to set a new Mile Stone soon and finally move out of Bree.

Well now that I am level 30 I have only 5 more levels to go till 35 and finally I can get a mount, feel quite a bit more motivated now I am level 30 at long last.

Level 29

Well level 29 seemed to arrive a bit faster this time, I am starting to get a bit more momentum as I get close to level 30.

I got back to Lone Lands for a bit of leveling and managed to finally get the Troll killing quest done, thanks to fellow Anzac kinnie Madril for a hand killing those nasty trolls

Theres no way at this point I could solo one of them as they have well over 3k morale.

Did allot for farming this time and I am well on the way to a whole 7 gold, Wooot!

As mentioned I still found that I couldn't solo some of the elites in Lone Lands but the none elites are not a problem at all.

Forgot to mention that in LOTRO you can instantly Map back to a selected Mile Stone in city or town with a cool down of one hour.

Well back to it, level 30 here I come!

Level 28

Level 28 at last, once again I have been taking my time.

The North Downs has definately been the place I prefer to level at this point, I should be high enough now that to head back to Lone Lands and do some of the group quests now though so I might do that next.

The game continues to keep on looking beautiful, pity some of the animations don't match the quality of the backgrounds.

Managed to pass the 6g barrier but slipped back after getting a new dagger upgrade and also had several upgrades sitting in the vault for level 28

Well I do have some quests to hand in for the North Downs area but actually wanna get back to the Lone Lands for a bit of a change.

Level 27

Haven't been playing that much over the last few days but here it is! Level 27!

Also managed to break the 5 gold barrier at last which is good as it would be nice to have some spare coinage after buying my mount at level 35. It seemed to take a while as I kept buying upgrades of the AH, LOL.

Spent most of the time leveling this time in the North Downs which wasn't as easy as most of the mobs are higher level than me and I just had to be careful and not agro too many at once.

I did do a little bit of leveling in the Lone Land's but not as much this time as I have mainly group quests left in that zone now.

Haven't been playing as much and have been focusing on other things which is not always a bad thing, there's no way I am gonna play this game like I did with WoW and considering the grinds are no where near as insanely time consuming I am enjoying the ride a bit more and stopping to smell the rose's as such!

Well that was getting to level 27 folks, now its time to work on level 28....

Level 26

DING! Level 26!

Took a bit longer to level as I didnt really play at all yesterday, nice to have a break.

Not need to be in too much of a hurry.

I even managed to solo a level 26 elite at level 25 which I was quite stoked about, think I am finally starting to get a hang of the burgler class a bit more.

Still trying to do the Great Barrows at least once a day, in a few levels time there won't even be any XP in it at all and I am already thinking its time to move onto the next instance and find out what it is....

Currently just have over 4 gold and 500 silver which is the exact amount required for a mount, hobbits ride these kind of pudgy stumpy legged ponies which definately suit's them.

And finally got that Warg quest sorted, was one of the more boring ones as the drop rate seemed to be 1/3 to 1/4 for quest items of the Wargs in the Lone Lands which is a total pain as the mobs are not that common especially with every Tom, Dick and Harry is also on the quest and tagging them before you can get to them.

Got my Warg Slayer Adavanced deed in the process though so it wasn't all bad!

Well I should map back to bree and train up!
