Took a bit of wight killing but I got there in the end :-)
Heres the Deed and the resulting equipable Trait buff.

So yeah thats some humour, the barrow's still aint the most pleasant place to hang out in and its allot easier if you are in a fellowship that is for sure but considering the loot I have hand farmed today

Either way it's still a tough place to hang out by yaself as a nuub Level 17 Burglar such as myself.
